- Prompt Processing: All pleadings, notices, and correspondence received will be forwarded to you within 24 hours of receipt.
- Same-Day Communication: Telephone calls will be returned on the same day.
- After-Hours Availability: We are available after hours for launching and opposing urgent applications, liaising with the Registrar and Counsel, and arranging court dates.
- Practice Directive Guidance: We will provide advice and guidance regarding the practice directives of our division.
Strong Relationships and Efficient Processes
Our good relations with various court personnel and sheriffs ensure that pleadings and notices are handled promptly. To aid in the swift processing of documents and to ensure timely issuance, service, and filing, we employ a dedicated messenger to deliver and collect documents from courts, sheriffs, and attorneys.

We are ideally situated within 30 meters of the High Court and a few kilometers from the main Magistrates’ Court (New Law Courts) in Port Elizabeth. This proximity allows us to assist efficiently with the processing of documents for:
